Sarito Coffee has a lot of experiences within coffee roasting for vending providers.
We are aware that the resulting espresso must have rich and elastic cream during preparation in the vending machines which does not work with as high pressure temperature such as in the HoReCa segment.
The espresso must be tastefully distinctive, so that it does not disappear in other prepared beverages where it is mixed with cream or chocolate.
Roasting takes place in a gentle way to prevent large release of fat, which then collapses onto the grain and greases the trays in the machines.
